Sanford church of Christ is a group of Christians in Sanford, North Carolina, striving to follow in the 21st century the same pattern Christ laid out for His church in the first century, a church established around 33 AD, when Peter and the apostles preached on the Day of Pentecost and 3,000 souls were added through hearing the word, repenting, and being baptized.

Our congregation grew from humble beginnings, meeting in the Civitan building, in members' homes, and in local nursing homes. In 1991, we welcomed our first full-time preacher, Mike Glenn, and hosted our first Bible Bowl. Our building, at 2404 Hawkins Ave, was constructed between 1993 and 1996, and our members have gone on to serve in mission work as far as Honduras and Saipan.

We gather for Bible Study and worship every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and we'd love for you to join us.
